Jess is a creative director, brand strategist, art director and creative coach based in Richmond, Virginia.

In a nutshell, she’s a creative problem solver. As an early stage hire at Brooklinen and BarkBox, Jess has over a decade of experience creating brands people love, while also building and scaling in-house creative teams and operations. From brand identities to product launches to advising on how and when to build out an in-house creative team, Jess is a full-service creative for hire. Although she worked her way up to the boardroom, Jess still loves to roll up her sleeves and be hands on. No project is too big or too small.
